The Human Rights Magazine covers a topic concerning human rights in each issue. For the issue 06 and 07, we were responsible for the magazine design concept, the layout and the infographics. The publication often contains a wide variety of documentary photographs and long articles. It was published in both English and Chinese within one unit of book distinguished by double covers.
Yellow and black are the two conventional theme colours of the magazine, while all the pictures of the content are in black and white. There was an exceptional case in the issue 07, which the rainbow flag on the cover requires to be printed in full colour, so as to stress the symbol of LGBT social movements.
